As managing broker and principal partner, Brett’s knowledge of the market, unflappable negotiating skills, integrity and outstanding customer service are the cornerstones of his success. Brett’s earnest approach to real estate comes from a genuine desire to support his clients through the many decisions that come with buying and selling a home.
Having grown-up in Weston and as a current resident of Westport, Brett’s knowledge of upper Fairfield County is unparalleled. After receiving a doctorate in naturopathic medicine in Oregon, Brett returned to Connecticut with his wife and three children. While his professional background may not be typical for a Realtor®, it is also what sets him apart in his field. Brett’s deep connection to the community provides his clients with a tremendous amount of knowledge and insight that allows them to make the best possible decision in such an important investment. He not only helps his buyers to find a home, he also does everything possible to make their transition to their new home as seamless as possible. About Jenn
With an educational background in Social Work and Interior Design, Jenn brings a well needed skill set to her work in real estate. Her strong communication and interpersonal skills allow her to tailor her negotiation style to achieve the absolute best result for her clients in every transaction. By bringing a thoughtful and intelligent approach to buying and selling homes, Jenn’s clients appreciate transactions that feel seamless and less stressful. Sellers find Jenn’s practical staging advice invaluable, while buyers appreciate her creative solutions for renovating and/or decorating their new home. Jenn uses her strong knowledge of the area, current inventory, and current market trends to educate her clients so that they are in the strongest possible position when it comes time to negotiate the purchase or sale of their home.
Jenn works with her husband Brett forming a consistently top-producing dynamic team. While Brett grew up in Weston, they have lived in Westport since 2007 and are raising their three children there. Their knowledge of the area, the different neighborhoods, and schools, as well as their referrals, introductions, design advice, and willingness to go the extra mile provide their clients with a true concierge experience.
