We were both drawn to Brett's personable nature, his wealth of knowledge, and how he took the time to really understand what was important to us. We knew he would be able to help us find what we were looking for. We had toddler twins and needed to travel a bit to view open houses. Understanding our situation, Brett went through extraordinary lengths to maximize our visits, lining up multiple showings, all coordinated efficiently by time and location. He was organized and patient, always keeping us on schedule yet somehow never making us feel rushed.
