About Sue
One of the original founders and owners of The Riverside Realty Group, Sue embodies the spirit and soul of the boutique, luxury concierge brokerage she helped to establish in 2007. Now sharing sole ownership with her daughter Justine and son Brett, Sue considers herself fortunate to work and live in the beautiful Fairfield County community. Having raised five children in the area, she has had the opportunity to thoroughly experience all that makes the region such a wonderful place in all stages of life. She has been a real estate professional for nearly thirty years serving Westport, Weston, Wilton, Fairfield, and surrounding markets.
Prior to launching The Riverside Realty Group, Sue was affiliated with another prestigious firm where she was the first broker hired and played a key role in recruiting other top agents, thereby building the market share for the company, and preparing it for acquisition by a worldwide brokerage. As a member of that firm’s “International President’s Premier” – the highest designation awarded – she ranked in the top 1% of Realtors® in the 126,000-agent company. Additionally, she has been named to the list of Top 10 Producers within the state of Connecticut for seven consecutive years. Sue’s specialty is marketing luxury, new construction, and waterfront properties to and for an elite clientele. She is credited with the sale of several of our town’s most important landmark residences. When working with buyers, she leaves no stone unturned in the search for a perfect match. With lifetime sales tallying over $700 MILLION and 50 years of combined experience, Sue and her daughter Justine Lieberman Fink work as a team to ensure their clients' needs are always met with the most comprehensive and extensive suite of personal services.
Sue's business philosophy has evolved from her personal life – to treat people with integrity, honesty, and respect. The purchase and sale of typically one’s greatest investment – one’s home, is a major business decision and she believes it should be approached by applying the highest standards and values. She regards herself as being privileged to have been an integral part of the Fairfield County community and a successful real estate professional in the area over the years.
