Ginny Moffitt is a Realtor and professional Interior Designer who brings 25 years of top producing real estate experience to her position at The Riverside Realty Group.
Ginny is a trusted member of the Realtor community. Always an award-winner, Ginny is known for building strong relationships and providing extra value to her clients, while bringing time-tested negotiating skills to bear in each real estate transaction. Well versed in new construction and high-end real estate, Ginny also enjoys the excitement of working with first time buyers. She is a full-time professional serving the communities of Westport, Weston, Fairfield and surrounding areas.

Ginny has earned the ASID designation as an Interior Designer (American Society of Interior Designers) from Fairfield University, where she has also taught. She is also NCIDQ certified (National Council of Interior Design Qualification) enabling her to assist her real estate and design clients in creating workable floor plans/additions to new or existing homes, or editing and staging a home when selling to maximize selling price and minimize market time.
Ms. Moffitt holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Spanish from the University of Connecticut at Storrs.
In addition, she has worked as a manager and director of relocation for a nationwide real estate brokerage firm.
Ginny is serving her fourth, four-year term as a Deacon at Southport Congregational Church. She has chaired the church’s Progressive Dinner, served on the Board of Missions in support of Emerge (a women’s shelter) and on the church’s annual mission fundraiser, Rooms with a View. She is a former Finance Chair for the League of Women Voters.
