Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 6% (from 113 to 120). The median sale price was just under $950,000, down from the median sale price of $1.42 million the previous month and down from the median sale price of $1.47 million in November 2016. Year over year, the number of units sold, 39 units, increased 86% year over year (21 in November 2016). The number of units sold increased 77% from the previous month (22 units were sold in October 2017).
