The median listing price for the month was $899,000 (down from $912,000 in March 2016). Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 12% (from 162 to 143). The median sale price was $795,500, up from the median sale price of $538,500 the previous month and down from the median sale price of $970,000 in March 2016. Year over year, the number of units sold decreased 31% (13 in March 2016 and 9 in March 2017). The number of units sold also decreased 10% from the previous month (10 units were sold in February).
