The median listing price for the month was $949,000 (down from $989,000 in February 2016). Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 23% (from 108 to 133). The median sale price was $552,000, down from the median sale price of $613,000 the previous month and also down from the median sale price of $564,900 in February 2016. Year over year, the number of units sold increased 29% (7 in February 2016 and 9 in February 2017). The number of units sold increased 80% from the previous month (5 units were sold in January).
