The number of active listings (175 total) was down 16% from April 2016 (208) and did not change from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was $899,000 (down from $979,500 in April 2016). Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 32% (from 123 to 162). The median sale price was $790,000, down from the median sale price of $795,500 the previous month and also down from the median sale price of $810,000 in April 2016. Year over year, the number of units sold increased 18% (11 in April 2016 and 13 in April 2017). The number of units sold also increased 44% from the previous month (9 units were sold in March).
