The median listing price for the month was $849,900 (up from from $815,000 in March 2016). Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 7% (from 118 to 110). The median sale price was $682,500, up from the median sale price of $500,000 the previous month and from the median sale price of $640,000 in March 2016. Year over year, the number of units sold decreased 13% (53 in March 2016 and 46 in March 2017). The number of units sold increased 31% from the previous month (35 units were sold in February).
