Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 11% (from 124 to 110). The median sale price was $650,000, up from the median sale price of $533,000 the previous month and down from the median sale price of $655,000 in January 2016. Year over year, the number of units sold increased 17% (35 in January 2016 vs. 41 in January 2017). The number of units sold decreased 24% from the previous month (54 units were sold in December 2016).
