Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold (103) did not change. The median sale price was $585,800, down from the median sale price of $682,500 the previous month and up from the median sale price of $470,000 in April 2016. Year over year, the number of units sold decreased 23% (71 in April 2016 and 55 in April 2017). The number of units sold increased 20% from the previous month (46 units were sold in March).
