The median listing price for the month was just over $1.70 million (up from $1.59 million in December 2016). Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 15% (from 134 to 114). The median sale price was just over $1.20 million. Year over year, the number of units sold, 36 units, increased 24% year over year (29 in December 2016). The number of units sold decreased 8% from the previous month (39 units were sold in November 2017).
