Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 24% (from 133 to 101). The median sale price was just under $440K. Year over year, the number of units sold, 47 units, decreased 28% year over year (65 in December 2016) and increased 12% month over month (41 units sold in November 2017).
