Fairfield, Connecticut native Donna McDowell serves as Vice President of Administration for The Riverside Realty Group, bringing nearly three decades of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout her career, Donna has built long-standing relationships—many of the colleagues she works with today have been alongside her since the beginning. Before joining The Riverside Realty Group, Donna spent more than a decade with a well-known local brokerage, gaining broad experience across multiple facets of the business. A licensed real estate agent, she has held a variety of roles over the years and now oversees back-of-house operations, brokerage and agent transactions, new-hire onboarding, and inventory control. Donna is the proud mother of four adult children and continues to reside in Southern Fairfield County. Her lifelong connection to the area gives her deep insight into the local market and community amenities.
