Areas of Expertise
From Condos to Castles. A twenty-five year collaboration with several of Fairfield County’s premier builders has enabled me to come full circle in the building process, from searching out the appropriate land for a project, to reviewing and critiquing plans, to making design decisions such as selecting kitchens, tile, paint colors and site development.
After living in a Westport waterfront community for 15 years and as a former president of the Saugatuck Shores Owners Association (SSOA), I have a great depth of understanding about purchasing and maintaining property in a water community as well as the special considerations when evaluating waterfront property.
