Living in Westport and loving Fairfield County for over 30 years, Nancy has watched changes in the market regarding style, size and amenities but one thing that hasn’t changed - sellers and buyers are savvy. Her 25 years of experience in real estate appraising led to her current career in sales of 10 years. Researching, pricing and negotiating provides her clientele with confidence. When needed, creative problem solving can entrust a successful transaction.
She lives here, she works here and she knows what building a life here requires. Having moved to Westport in 1994, Nancy and her husband raised 3 active children who attended local schools. This community has a vibrant culture and there is something special for everyone. Her interests include home remodeling, gardening, reading and exercising.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Her appraising license is in semi-retirement.
