About Linda
A Westport native, Linda is a skilled real estate professional with twenty years of experience. She is a graduate of the local school system and the University of Rhode Island with a degree in business. Durakis serves as exclusive sales agent for W.R. Green Construction; in addition she is the interior designer, selecting all finishes and collaborating on landscape design. The results are always impressive – Linda is able to visualize the potential of a home or building site and understand the possibilities. Together with her husband, Bill Green, the pair have been building, renovating, buying, and selling homes that have earned a position among the finest in Fairfield County for two decades.
In addition to raising three daughters, Linda captains a women’s USTA tennis team, loves to garden, and is an active volunteer in the school district.
