Licensed in both CT and NY – Janet’s experience covers work with clients from Manhattan to the Hamptons. She prides herself on providing the same level of service for a buyer purchasing a $200,000 dollar condo as for a $6.5 million-dollar commercial apartment complex. Janet is known in the industry for delivering the utmost care of clients’ pricing strategies, negotiations, marketing deliverables and more.
Janet is the mother of two grown, professional-aged children, both of whom live in NY. She settled in Westport 35 years ago and has never looked back. Janet highly values the lovely and peaceful attributes the town is known for, with its waterfront, its excellent schools, its activities, and its overall friendliness.
Another very important aspect of Janet’s personal and professional life involves her youngest child, Erica, born in 2006. Leveraging her experience with Erica’s extreme special needs Janet self-educated herself to learn everything there was to uncover about the school system for this population, the resources, the outplacements, and the facilities. She became intimately aware of where to turn for parents seeking services within the educational system, enough to offer a unique perspective on the navigation of such services. Janet is connected to and often facilitates meetings with clients and the principals, the directors, the nurses, the facilities personnel. She makes it her mission to connect people in need with these professionals.
