The improvement in the weather seems to have translated into a stronger Real Estate market in Weston during the month of February. There were 10 homes with accepted offers, 8 homes that went under contract (versus 3 in January) and 8 that closed versus 7 in the previous month. Continued forward momentum will hopefully drive a better real estate market in Weston for 2010!
