January 2010 Update - Westport CT

Westport saw a slight decline in the number of closed transactions in January. However, homes with accepted offers and those in contract showed a significant improvement providing some evidence that Morgan Stanley's view that a turn in the housing market is real. We remain cautiously optimistic for 2010.
