Fairfield CT Real Estate Stats for November

 During the month of November, Fairfield saw a flurry of transactions in Single Family homes and condominium sales with the average sales price dramatically improving.   The days on market for listings appears to be stabilizing and shows some signs of improvement as well.   Overall, a more optimistic sentiment seems to be prevailing with an active consumer market.
