About Mary Ann
Raised in Westport, Mary Ann understands the many benefits of living in Fairfield County. Born in Alton, Ill, Mary Ann moved to Westport in 1974 with her family and has been here ever since. Mary Ann resides in her childhood home with her husband Mark (a Weston native), their three children and their rescue dog Stella. All of Mark and Mary Ann’s children have graduated from Staples High School with two choosing to continue their education at Mary Ann's alma mater, UCONN. One of eight children, Mary Ann’s connections to Westport run deep with friends and family still living in and around town. Mary Ann is also familiar with the surrounding towns of Weston, Fairfield, Norwalk, and Wilton. After graduating from Staples High School, Mary Ann completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Representing Fairfield County homeowners and future homeowners, Mary Ann is committed to understanding her client’s needs. This commitment, coupled with the skills learned during a top of ladder sales career at the Xerox Corporations provide Mary Ann with the expertise she uses daily to ensure a successful real estate transaction from start to finish.
In addition to working as a realtor, Mary Ann is the VP of Advertising and Marketing at The Riverside Realty Group. In this role, Mary Ann remains educated in the latest in social media and real estate technology. She uses this knowledge to assist all the agents at The Riverside Realty Group in effectively grow their business and market their listings.
When not selling real estate or marketing The Riverside Realty Group on social media, Mary Ann is a certified Bar Method instructor and also teaches a high energy indoor cycling class at The Westport YMCA. Taking on the role of fitness instructor has allowed Mary Ann to connect with the community in a healthy, exciting, and fun way. In addition to exercise, Mary Ann enjoys all that Fairfield County has to offer, whether it be attending concerts at The Fairfield Theater Company, hiking in the Aspetuck Land Trust or walking Stella at Compo Beach.
